The process of adaptation to the workplace requires the activation of adaptive skills in a new context, the mobilization of personal and contextual resources to address emotional, social and institutional challenges, as well as the development of new personal and interpersonal functioning structures. Given the complexity of change, it is necessary to provide military personnel (eg, students or mission-nominated military personnel) with skills to cope with the most adverse demands. To this end, it is desirable to equip the military with these tools through training to enable them to anticipate, design and execute their functions from a resilient perspective that contributes to change management capabilities. Thus, we consider that a resilient leader can withstand the pressure in adverse situations, with the ability to recover and innovate in order to transform his reality and promote his development.
