Objectives

Empower RESILIENCE TRAINING participants with cognitive skills such as self-awareness, self-regulation, psychological robustness, self-knowledge, and behavioral skills such as interrelationships, which contribute to the development of resilience and are indispensable for the development of the military leader, namely for decision support under conditions of uncertainty.

  1. Contribute to the implementation of the Army’s strength objectives through scientific activity, namely in the acquisition of decision support and leadership skills, of qualified staff through the promotion of empowerment;
  2. Contribute to the innovation and modernization of R&D with regard to the development of research in decision support by promoting the leader’s self-knowledge, self-regulation, self-awareness and emotional intelligence;
  3. Promote participants with behavioral skills that contribute to the development of leadership resilience, namely active listening, interrelationships and group cohesion;
  4. Promote the potential of the military leader, namely the assertive communication skills that facilitate the decision-making process;
  5. Promote the normalization of education, training, training and research and development, in command and leadership, in the Army, through the strengthening of the Military Academy;
  6. Implement the change by assessing the impact of the program in order to promote the feasibility of the project in the future and its application in different contexts.

Objective
